Essenergy, Inc. was founded a decade ago by former Apple Computer designer and inventor, Michelle Liu. The first product the company began selling was the Essenergy Vacuum Cleaner known as the Dragon Unleashed, which they chose to market and sell on the QVC network. The company also produces slow cookers using traditional clay pots. The Essenergy production facilities are located in China - and the entire Philosophy of Essenergy and the Essenergy Vacuum Cleaner is centered on the Chinese concept of Feng Shui.
Feng Shui is the ancient Chinese belief system based on positive energy and balance, and Essenergy products strive to follow those principles by designing and marketing products that increase the harmony within any home. Essenergy Vacuum Cleaner design is no exception to the company's dedication to a balanced approach to home life, and the company is gaining recognition for its commitment to providing ergonomic designs and affordability to all of its products. The Essenergy process involves maintaining a watchful eye over every step of the production and marketing process, beginning with the selection of raw materials, and continuing with quality customer service long after the sale is closed.
The Essenergy Vacuum, Dragon Unleashed, is one of the lightest units available anywhere in the world, tipping the scales at less than three ponds. It is as portable as any vacuum in existence, with tools for a variety of household cleaning tasks. Each Essenergy Vacuum comes with a "flex crevice" tool for reaching cramped spots in the house, as well as three extension wands, a brush, and a floor brush. This Essenergy Vacuum is large enough to perform most jobs with a minimum of effort, but small enough to be used in the home, car, or even a boat. The reusable dust cup and rechargeable battery makes the Essenergy Vacuum the choice of many who need quick cleaning on the go, at an affordable price.
On the downside, the Essenergy Vacuum Cleaner has received some criticism for its customer service delays. Most negative reviews come from customers who have sought replacement parts or have had other product concerns but have experienced delays from Essenergy customer service due to manufacturer problems in China. In fact, of more than a dozen negative comments, all but one was concerned less with product deficiencies than with the distribution chain of the company. Overall, the Essenergy Vacuum received positive reviews for the machine itself - only in the area of repair delays do reviews take a negative turn.
Michelle Liu had formed Essenergy with the notion of building something uniquely her own that could fill a need for harmony that she saw in the American home. In many ways, with scarcely a decade under their belts, Essenergy and the Essenergy Vacuum Cleaner have done just that. For a company as new as Essenergy is, their product line has received remarkably positive press, with reviews being generally favorable. The Essenergy Vacuum has quickly earned a place in the hearts of many consumers, and the company's current product line can be expected to be touched with innovation for years to come.
